This is an inquisition to ascertain the answers to the above stated questions. Recently I have raised several questions and concerns in person at the town council meetings. I was wondering who, how, & when will I get answers to my questions and whether or not someone will follow up on my suggestions and reply back to me.
As an inquiring resident into policies & procedures I think that the town should have someone follow up with any resident who raises a question or concern. I'm sure my comments, questions, and suggestions were recorded by the town council secretary and can be tracked down and responded to.
Many of my friends and fellow residents simply dont bother to make comments, complaints, or suggestions because they say nothing is followed up on. They have come to know that there is no use in wasting their time and now I'm beginning to understand a bit more. I'm still wondering about my concerns. Maybe someone is still working on them and plan on getting back to me. I'll wait a bit longer to make sure they were listening.
