All of you have received the announcement (see below) of the event for Monday, June 21, 8:00 am when our Congressman Rick Boucher will answer your questions. The event will take place at the Bull and Bones Brewhaus and Grill at 1470 South Main St., Ste 120, in Blacksburg. A complimentary full breakfast buffet is provided and underwritten by Rick Boucher’s campaign.
We are all excited about this opportunity to talk with our Congressman. The doors of the restaurant will open at 7:30 and breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m. We want to give as many people as possible a chance to speak, so please keep your questions short and to the point.
At the present time, we have about 60 persons who have signed up. If you know of additional persons who want to attend the event let me know before Friday evening. In Memoriam
It is with a great deal of sadness to let you know that a life-long progressive Democrat, Norm Grover, passed away yesterday. He was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed.
